- Delivery time depends on destination and order quantity, usually between 3 to 7 business days.
4. Returns
- Orders can be canceled before the laser engraving process and shipment.
- After the laser engraving process, returns and refunds are not allowed, even in cases such as:
- Customer changes mind about needing the product
- Typographical errors or incorrect numbering in the design file provided by the customer
